Refund policy

At AndBe Org, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@andbe.org to request a return or exchange authorization.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
